Individual “Power” Sessions

These are 90-minute sessions designed to blast through the problem at hand. Because the sessions are designed to pinpoint the problem, work through your possible responses, and devise strategies to solve other, similar problems in the future, I’ll need a detailed brief about what the issue is, what other stuff you’ve done to solve it, and why you think this problem is resistant to being solved.

You will not believe what the simple act of writing this brief will do for your clarity, which means that a very important chunk of the work will be done before we sit down to the call.

Sometimes what you think is the problem has a very different problem at the root of it, and writing out your experience of the problem ahead of time lets me digest it so that you still feel heard after I say, “I see a different dynamic at work here.”

The other thing about these sessions: I don’t tell just tell you things you already know. The secret to a really transformative, empowering session is that I tell you something that forevermore changes how you do things. It’s a perspective change, a paradigm shift, and it’s the source of the strategy that’s going to give you the tools to handle this and similar issues in the future.

6 Week Intensive Coaching

This package consists of 5 90 minute sessions (1/week for a month, then a follow-up session on week 6) + email support. Email me your queries or ramblings and I’ll give you any suggestions or advice I can.

This package is for people who are embarking on significant life changes (even if they don’t know what they are yet.) Sound confusing? It’s not that bad.

Basically, clients who book this package are on the cusp. The cusp of a big decision (career change, divorce), the cusp of success (everything is going so well for me! Why arent I happier, or, Why do I keep sabotaging myself?) or they’re on the cusp of transformation itself (I have this vision? How do I achieve it? or I don’t know what I want, but I know it’s not this. How do I figure it out?)

These are rough and gnarly paths, but I am an excellent guide. I can’t walk it for you, but I can make it a lot less scary. I will help you discover who you are, to come to terms with that knowledge, and to let that wisdom empower you.
